Request for Responses to Provide Investment Advisory Services
The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) requests responses from qualified firms to provide investment advisory services to the MSBA with the goals of maximizing investment returns while protecting the principal and providing long-term investment strategies. Firms proposing to provide Investment Advisory Services must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and must comply with all applicable provisions of the Securities Exchange Act and all Regulations and Rules adopted by the SEC, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and applicable State Licensing Boards.
